Seven days dedicated to studying the art of the sonata for violin and piano with the violinists Uliana Drugova and Violaine Melançon, and the pianists Carson Becke and Meagan Milatz. This session is for advanced violinists and pianists at the CEGEP and university level. (Exceptions can be made for exceptionally talented high school students by recommendation). The curriculum of this session includes daily private lessons and group classes addressing different themes related to performance practice. Pre-formed duos are encouraged to apply. Students should arrive at the camp with their sonata repertoire learned and ready to rehearse, to be able to take full advantage of the classes. The session will finish with a concert filmed and open to the public.
